Anthony is an award-winning writer, who uses his rough upbringing to craft emotionally engaging stories to encourage others to share their own stories. As someone who won their first award for writing at the age of 8 years old, Anthony has added to that award by being awarded multiple top stories on his short-story blogsite.

Out of the many stories he’s written, Scary Diagnosis, has been one of his proudest moments. The short, but impactful story informs readers of the life-altering effects of a Diabetes diagnosis. The story goes into deep detail about the events leading up to the day he was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, and the emotional reaction that followed. It remains one of his most celebrated pieces of work.

In addition to crafting short stories, he has contributed his writing to a couple of independent short films, Running, Brutal Winter and Revolt; all of which are student produced projects. Away from contributing to these films, Anthony has been working tirelessly to shop his own work, and produce his own web series, May I Vent, which is planned for release in spring 2026.

Using moments from his life as inspiration, Anthony aims to tell stories which bring a realistic picture to things that affect the underprivileged or often overlooked people who are often the ones who make the most impacts on society. He knows what it feels like to be unheard, unseen and unappreciated, so he uses this to create relatable characters and compelling stories.
